These Terms & Conditions govern every tour booked with SriGo Tours (“we”, “us”, “our”), a founder-led small-group tour operator based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Our tours
Every SriGo Tours departure is capped at a maximum of 15 travellers and personally led by our founder or a designated trip lead — we do not outsource group leadership to a third-party operator. Itinerary details, inclusions, and exclusions for each package are listed on the relevant tour page and form part of your booking agreement.
Booking and payment
- A booking is confirmed only once we receive the advance payment specified for that departure.
- The balance amount is payable by the due date shared with you at the time of booking, typically before departure.
- Prices quoted are per person, in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise, and are valid only for the departure date confirmed at the time of quote.
- Prices are subject to change for airfare, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuation for international tours, communicated to you before final payment is due.
Minimum group size
Departures require a minimum of 8 confirmed travellers by 45 days before the departure date. If this minimum is not met, we will either cancel the departure with a full refund or offer you the option to join an alternate partner departure at no extra cost — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
Travel documents
You are responsible for holding a valid passport (with the minimum validity required by your destination), any required visas, and travel insurance. We assist with visa documentation and guidance where included in your package, but visa approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant consulate or immigration authority and is not guaranteed by SriGo Tours.
Health and conduct
You confirm that you are medically fit to undertake the tour you book, and will disclose any condition that may affect your participation (e.g. mobility, altitude sensitivity) before departure. We reserve the right to remove any traveller from a departure whose conduct endangers or seriously disrupts the group, without refund for the remaining trip.
Changes to itinerary
We plan every itinerary carefully, but weather, local conditions, flight schedules, or circumstances beyond our control may require changes to the sequence, timing, or specific inclusions of a trip. We will substitute an equivalent experience wherever possible and inform you as soon as practical.
Liability
SriGo Tours arranges travel services through third-party hotels, transport operators, airlines, and local partners, and is not liable for their acts, omissions, delays, or cancellations beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip, particularly international departures.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
