Cancellation & Refund Policy

SriGo Tours — Cancellation & Refund Policy. Last updated: 8 July 2026.

This policy applies to every departure booked with SriGo Tours. [Recommend a final legal/CA review before this policy is treated as binding for payment gateway or GST compliance purposes.]

Customer-initiated cancellation

Non-refundable items

  • Visa fees paid to the consulate
  • Travel insurance premium
  • Issued flight tickets where the airline applies its own cancellation charges

Operator-initiated cancellation

If SriGo Tours cancels a departure because the minimum group size (8 confirmed travellers by 45 days before departure) is not met, you receive a 100% refund, or you may choose to join an alternate partner departure at no extra cost.

Visa rejection

If your visa is rejected after booking, a 75% refund applies regardless of how close to departure the rejection occurs. Visa fees and any processing charges already paid to the consulate or our visa partner remain non-refundable.

Force majeure

In the case of events beyond our control — natural disasters, pandemics, airspace closures, government travel restrictions — refunds are processed case-by-case, once we recover any refundable amounts from our hotel, transport, and airline partners. We will keep you informed throughout and prioritise getting you the maximum possible refund.
