Limited. Vietnamese cuisine is largely non-vegetarian — pho (noodle soup) and spring rolls are widely available. Vegetarian dishes exist but are not abundant. We select Indian-friendly restaurants for group dinners.
Northern Vietnam (Hanoi/Ha Long): October to April. Southern Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City): November to April. The climate varies significantly between North and South.
